Case Study: Embroidered Workwear for Dunlop Tire Manufacturers

Back in February, The Print Box had the privilege of collaborating with one of the world’s most renowned tire manufacturers, Dunlop. 

This project marked an incredible start to the year, showcasing our capability to cater to high profile clients and delivering solutions that meet their specific needs. 

Dunlop approached us to provide custom embroidered beanie hats for their workforce, an essential item to keep their employees warm during the harsh winter conditions.

We worked closely with Dunlop’s team to finalise the design for the embroidered logo, ensuring every detail met their expectations. First, we carefully chose the right material for the beanie hats, selecting high quality, insulating fabric to provide warmth and durability in harsh winter conditions. 

Next, we focused on perfecting the placement of the logo, aligning the embroidery to make the branding stand out prominently while maintaining comfort for the wearer. 

Lastly, we meticulously matched the thread colours to Dunlop’s branding guidelines, ensuring consistency and a professional finish that reflected their corporate identity.

Once the design was finalised, our production team began the process using our Tajima 4 head embroidery machines to bring the vision to life. 

Every logo was embroidered with precision, ensuring a flawless and professional appearance. 

To guarantee durability, the stitching was thoroughly tested to withstand wear and tear, even in demanding conditions. 

Additionally, each hat underwent a rigorous quality control process to ensure consistent excellence across the entire batch, meeting our high standards and exceeding client expectations.

We completed the order on schedule and delivered it to Dunlop’s facility. The client expressed their satisfaction with both the quality of the hats and the efficiency of our service. This positive feedback was a testament to our commitment to excellence.
