About the project
When PDIndustrial underwent a rebrand to align with their new direction and values, they sought a way to bring this transformation to life visually. One of their primary goals was to refresh their fleet of vehicles with updated branding.
At The Print Box, we were thrilled to take on the challenge of designing and producing quality vehicle graphics that embodied their rebrand.
This case study showcases how we approached the project, ensured every detail met the client’s expectations, and delivered a result that enhanced PDIndustrial’s brand image.
If you’re considering vehicle graphics for your business, this success story is the perfect.
Our Clients Challenges
Understanding the Client’s Goals
Before starting the project, we had detailed consultations with PDIndustrial to understand their vision for the rebrand. Their objective was clear: they wanted their fleet to reflect the company’s updated identity in a way that was professional, cohesive, and visually striking.
We discussed the key branding elements in detail to ensure the rebranding was effectively represented across all vehicle graphics.

Our Approach
Designing the Graphics
Once we understood their vision, our design team began the creative process. Every detail of the design was meticulously planned, ensuring consistency across all vehicles while tailoring the graphics to the specific dimensions of each one.
We focused on ensuring that every aspect of the design was tailored to meet PDIndustrial’s needs. This included creating a custom fit for each vehicle, making sure the designs complemented the size and contours of every model in their fleet. We emphasized precision branding by incorporating PDIndustrial’s new logo and colour scheme in a bold and eye catching way that effectively communicated their rebrand.
Additionally, we achieved visual balance by carefully aligning text and graphics, ensuring the design was both visually appealing and easy to read while the vehicles were in motion.
Production and Installation
After finalising the designs, we moved into production. Using high quality vinyl and printing technology, we created vibrant, durable graphics designed to last.
Our installation team then carefully applied the graphics ensuring a seamless application of the graphics, with no bubbles, wrinkles, or visible seams, creating a flawless and professional finish.
The logos and text were perfectly positioned on each vehicle with meticulous alignment accuracy, maintaining a cohesive and polished look.
Additionally, the graphics were securely adhered to the vehicles, designed to withstand all weather conditions and provide long lasting durability.
Collaborative Revisions
To ensure PDIndustrial was completely satisfied, we maintained open communication throughout the process. We shared mockups and samples for approval and incorporated their feedback at every stage. This collaborative approach allowed us to refine the designs until they were perfect.
Quality Assurance
We implemented rigorous quality checks during both the production and installation phases. This involved inspecting every graphic to ensure colour accuracy and print quality, verifying that the vinyl adhered perfectly to each vehicle’s surface, and conducting final inspections after installation to guarantee a flawless finish.
Client Feedback and Final Approval
After completing the project, we invited PDIndustrial to inspect the fleet. Their feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with particular praise for the attention to detail and the vibrant, professional appearance of the graphics. Knowing that we had exceeded their expectations was a rewarding moment for our team.
